COVID-19 Resources

Covid Resources

It can be hard to find trustworthy, easy to understand information when it relates to COVID-19. SPCS has compiled accessible resources for our families during these times.

Testing

  • We offer COVID testing at all three school sites. In order to be able to test on site at school, we need to have a COVID permission form on file for your student.

  • Walk in or schedule an appointment for a free test at one of the state’s 11 community testing sites across Minnesota: COVID-19 Community Testing Sites

  • Order a free test through the state’s at-home testing program: COVID-19 Test at Home

  • Find other testing options near them through the state’s Find Testing Locations map, including through local providers, pharmacies and clinics: Find Testing Locations.

Ongoing Community Resource List

This list includes the latest information of COVID-19 related supports and services, as well as additional information on food/supply donation and pickup sites that have opened in the wake of the murder of George Floyd and related protests. While we will try to keep this updated, please note that information may not be current and community members should confirm current sites are open before traveling.

COVID-19 Weekly Reporting

This report includes more detailed information on testing, confirmed positive cases, demographics, likely exposure, and syndromic surveillance. This data is what we will use to inform our learning plan (distance learning, hybrid learning, or in-person). Each week we review data and look for patterns of cases dropping or stabilizing. In order to move from distance learning to a hybrid model, we need to see case rates show a pattern of decline over multiple weeks.
