Emmanuel Donaby
Director of Community Education

Emmanuel Donaby has dedicated over 20 years of his career to working with youth. He is also heavily involved in the St. Paul community working with youth and young adults. He has an AAS degree in Child Development from St. Paul College, He is a graduate from Concordia University- St. Paul with a BA in General Studies in Elementary Education also has a Masters in Education and PreK - 12 Admin License. He is the founder of the first STEM focused Freedom School summer program in partnership with the Science Museum of Minnesota.

 

Tashina Massey
Full Service Community School Coordinator

Tashina Massey has been with SPCS for two years now andenjoys working with our families and scholars. She has a degree in Education. As a coordinator, Tashina is passionate about building strong relationships within the community that she serves.

 

Brandon Morris Athletic Director

Brandon Morris joined St. Paul City School as Athletics Director in the Fall of 2023. He is tasked with advancing the new SPCS Athletics Department as it expands its footprint in athletics for the students at SPCS. He is responsible for planning, implementation and coordination of the Athletic Program as a part of the Full-Service Community School at St. Paul City School. Brandon has a vast background in athletics having worked in College Athletics at various institutions such as Arizona State, The University of Minnesota and the University of Arkansas. A former men’s basketball student-athlete, he also travels the country teaching the game for PGC (Point Guard College) basketball where he teaches life through basketball and basketball through life. 

 

Jazmine Compton
Afterschool Site Supervisor

Jazmine Compton is one of our Operation's Managers here at St Paul City School. She is the MARSS coordinator for the St. Paul City School district as well as the food service coordinator. Jazmine has been with St Paul City School for 4 years. She is also one of the Site Coordinators for the Kitty Andersen Youth Science Center's STEM Freedom School summer program.
